Every order ships nationwide, to your door — Cape Town to the smallest dorpie. No collection points, no "major centres only" fine print.

What it costs

• Orders over R700: free delivery.
• Orders under R700: flat R150.

How machines travel

Espresso machines and grinders are heavy, precise instruments, and we pack them like it. Machines ship in their original manufacturer packaging with additional protection where needed, fully insured in transit. Where we can, we deliver bigger machines personally — set down on your counter, unboxed with you, first shots pulled before we leave. Ask us when you order.

Timing

Delivery time depends on where you are and what you've ordered — in-stock accessories move fast, machines are packed with more care. We'll confirm the expected timeline on your order, and you can always WhatsApp us for a live update.

When it arrives

Check the box before signing if you can. If anything arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us the same day — we'll take it from there. Every machine we sell is backed by our 12-month local warranty and WhatsApp dial-in support to get you pulling great shots from day one.
