Juan was super helpful, even came to deliver the Lelit Bianca V3 machine himself, set up and showed how to make a great cup of coffee! The machine has features and delivers a smooth extraction near identical to the La Marzocco Gs3...only its almost 1/3 of the price! real value for money :)
I am super impressed still, a year after purchase,with the Fiorenzato allground sense grinder (grind by weight) which was easy to adjust and grind weight to the nearest 0.1g...perfect!
