Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. Every order ships to your door anywhere in South Africa. Orders over R700 ship free, under R700 is a flat R150. Details on our delivery page.

How are machines packed?

Machines ship in their original manufacturer packaging with additional protection where needed, fully insured in transit. Where we can, we deliver bigger machines personally. Ask us when you order.

What if something arrives damaged?

Photograph it and contact us the same day and we will take it from there.

Is there a warranty?

Every machine and grinder we sell carries a 12-month local warranty, backed by us in South Africa. La Marzocco machines carry La Marzocco South Africa's official warranty and support. Read the full terms on our warranty page.

Do you help with setup and servicing?

Every machine comes with WhatsApp dial-in support, and we handle servicing, repairs and upgrades. See Servicing & Support.

Can I build my own machine and grinder setup?

Yes. Our Black Friday Combos builder lets you pick a machine, grinder and tools. On Black Fridays, a machine plus grinder setup gets 7% off.

Do you do events or trade orders?
