Warranty

Every machine and grinder we sell carries a 12-month warranty, backed locally — by us, in South Africa. No shipping your machine overseas, no arguing with an importer who's never heard of you.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal home or intended commercial use, for 12 months from delivery. If something fails that shouldn't have, we repair or replace it — our call on which, always at no cost to you for covered faults.

What's not covered

• Scale damage. The number one killer of espresso machines. Use filtered or appropriately treated water and descale on schedule — our machine lifespan guide explains exactly what to do.
• Normal consumables — group gaskets, shower screens, O-rings and burrs are wear items.
• Physical damage, unauthorised modifications or repairs by third parties.

La Marzocco products

La Marzocco machines are ordered and fulfilled with La Marzocco South Africa, and carry their official local warranty and support rather than ours — you're in factory-backed hands.

How a claim works

WhatsApp us with your order details, a description of the fault and a short video if you can — most issues we diagnose remotely within the day, and plenty turn out to be a five-minute fix we can talk you through on the spot. If it's a real fault, we'll arrange the repair or replacement from there.
