The Rocket R58 TUNE – Precision, Redefined

The R58 TUNE is Rocket's precision-built evolution of its iconic dual-boiler platform, moving on from the R Cinquantotto with a new three-phase approach to extraction. A dedicated TUNE mode lets you time-control both the pre-infusion and the final stage of the shot at a fixed 3 bar, tightening up channelling and cutting back on the bitter, over-extracted notes that come from an uneven pour.

Dual Boiler, Fully Independent

A 0.58L coffee boiler and a 1.8L steam boiler run on independent PID control, so brew and steam temperature never fight each other. A 1.9L water tank feeds the system, with the option of a hard-plumbed water line for a tank-free install.
