Timemore Fish Pro X Variable Temperature Kettle
The Timemore Fish Pro X is Timemore's most precise pour-over kettle: its TempX heating system adjusts power in real time rather than switching on and off, holding your water within ±0.5°C of target — roughly three times tighter than the standard Fish Pro. A dual LED display shows both your current and target temperature at a glance, and the patented gooseneck spout gives you pour control from a bare trickle to a fast fill.
Dial in anywhere between 40–100°C, and keep-warm mode holds that exact temperature for up to 12 hours. It boils a full 900ml in 2–3 minutes — about 10% faster than the standard Fish Pro — and the double-walled 304 stainless steel body with wooden thumb-rest handle stays cool and comfortable to hold throughout.
Safety features include an anti-scald lid, dry-boil protection and altitude detection, and the cordless lift-off base means pouring without a cable getting in the way.
